ABOUT
Brown Design Studio was born out of a love for design, passion for beauty, and desire to create livable spaces for everyday life. With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, we are a full-service interior design studio.
Based in South and Central Florida, Brown Design Studio has tackled everything from room design to renovations and new home construction. From New York to the white sands of the Caribbean, specializing in complete home design.
Lauren Brown is the Principal Designer of Brown Design Studio and an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
With more than 15 years of experience in interior design, Lauren brings a refined perspective and thoughtful attention to detail to every project. Her passion for design began early, from continually reimagining her childhood bedroom to sketching interiors long before it became her profession. She began her career with an internship shortly after high school and later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
Soon after graduating, Lauren was offered a design position in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where she lived and worked for six years designing luxury residences in a unique coastal setting. This experience helped shape her appreciation for timeless design, craftsmanship, and spaces that feel both elevated and livable. Most recently, she has worked with clients throughout Palm Beach and New York.
Lauren believes exceptional interiors are the result of a careful balance between beauty and function. Her approach is highly collaborative, built on trust and a deep understanding of each client’s lifestyle. The result is thoughtfully curated spaces that feel sophisticated, personal, and enduring.

Lauren recently completed a refresh on our Palm Beach beachpad. After more than 20 years, the decor and furniture were tired.
The process was seamless. Lauren is incredibly well organized. She provided a project plan, worked with the building, the contractor and trades. The options Lauren offered for furniture and finishes were beautiful. There was no need for me to visit during construction.
When I returned for the winter, I walked into a transformed condo. It feels about twice the size and has more storage than ever. Our home is beautiful, functional and reflective of our lifestyle.
Lauren is not just a professional with exquisite taste, she is also a lovely person as evidenced by all of the other professionals who want to work with her!
